Weasydoo ("we", "us") builds and runs open-source Odoo ERP for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we process through this website and our services, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, company, and message when you fill in a contact or audit-request form, or email us directly.
- Usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregate figures from our server logs (e.g. which pages are visited), used only to improve the site. No third-party trackers, no advertising profiles.
- Project data — for clients, the data needed to deliver an engagement, handled under the separate agreement that governs that project.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet our legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use your messages for advertising.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies — the ones the site needs to work (your session, language and timezone). We don't set tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't load third-party scripts, so there's no consent banner to click through. You can still block cookies in your browser; core functionality keeps working.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business (e.g. hosting and email), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where the law requires. Client project data is hosted on infrastructure we control or that the client designates.
Retention
We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymise it. Client data is retained per the project agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for a given purpose. Email us and we'll act on it promptly.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — encrypted transport, access controls, regular backups — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
