How long does a typical implementation take?
For 5-50 users on standard modules, 8-16 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Multi-site rollouts run 6-9 months.
Do you quote fixed price or time & materials?
Fixed price for the scoped project. We absorb the estimation risk — that is what the scoping phase is for.
Community or Enterprise?
Both. We lean to Community + OCA when it fits, and recommend Enterprise where its apps genuinely earn their license.
What happens after go-live?
Hypercare for the first weeks, then an optional support contract with a response-time SLA.
