Inter-site transfers were especially painful: the same goods existed under different codes in different systems, so stock never reconciled cleanly across the group.

We standardised the product and partner master data first, then migrated each ERP into a single Odoo with a reconciliation report signed off before every cutover. Rather than switch everything at once, we rolled out site by site so distribution never stopped.
